Filter Subscribers on Import

I have been using the Newsletter Plugin for a few years now. It just gets better and better.

Here is a suggestino for a new feature, and I know I am not alone in suggesting this as I see that there has already been some discussion about this here:-

I am also keen to filter out individuals who have unsubscribed or are "blacklisted" on my blog (for things like failing to pay for subscriptions in the past).

It would be great if I could maintain a "blacklist" of the e-mail addresses that I don't want to import into new mailing lists for these reasons.  If this could be included in a future version of the Newsletter plugin that would be great!
