WordPress database error: [Unknown column 'field_id' in 'where clause'] SELECT * FROM `wp_wpcooption

I updated my Newsletter plugin and this error showed up on the page where people register to receive the different newsletters.

WordPress database error: [Unknown column 'field_id' in 'where clause'] SELECT * FROM `wp_wpcooption

Please could someone explain to me why this message is being displayed. Thanks
