Custom field = Custom URL

I want to be able to do one of the following 2:

When the user inputs a number in a custom field...

1. The user can be redirected to : http://mywebsite.com/folder/customfield

2. Or receive an email with the link: http://mywebsite.com/folder/customfield

Any idea?
