Segmenting with Exclusion

Hiya:

I'm wondering if there is any way to segment lists with an exclusion... for example, I can choose "equals" or"contains" when segmenting... but I need to be able to choose "does not contain". Is there any way to do this? I have a client that needs to be able to exclude sending to certain domains on each send.
